Survey: How Toxic Are You? - Articles Surfing

Being toxic is easy. America">All you have to do is breathe and eat. In today's world, you just cannot escape the poisons that are all around us. Sadly, things are not improving fast enough to make a difference that we will see in our lifetime.

You don't have to let toxins rule your life. But overloading your body can bring on some very undesired effects such as:

' Fatigue
' Headaches
' Gas and bloating
' Aches and pains
' Dry itchy skin
' Body odors
' Skin irritations
' Sleeplessness
' Indigestion
