Golf is not just about a swing and a fore. The tests will be helpful in determining the level of strength, endurance and flexibility of you body. A fitness program will then be developed for you after considering your exact physical requirements. Moreover your nutrition facts will also be determined on the basis of which you will be provided with a diet to follow. The trainer and instructor keep in close coordination so as to keep the whole process beneficial for the golfer.
