Take care of small issues throughout the home that potential buyers are going to notice. Storage">All of the lights in the home need to work. Fix leaking faucets and toilets. You will be surprised how many people test the water pressure while looking at a home. Make sure all the handles on the doors work as well as the locks. Getting your house ready to sell may require you to invest some time and money, but it will definitely improve the chances of getting it sold. It will also help you to get your asking price for the home. Your realtor should be able to share any issues that come up when buyers are looking at your home should you nice anything during the preparation stage of selling it.
