Having a bad breath is like creating your own lonely space. You build bridge around you so others canít smell it. You shy away from your friendships.

That must be an uneasy life youíre living in.

Why donít you just do something about it? Why donít you just get rid of that bad breath and get a life?

I have some tips, some fantastic tips, which can help you get the freshest breath ever:

ē Find the cause!

Yes, this is the first thing you should do.

The cause could be acidic foods. Acids will help the bacteria in your mouth to reproduce at a faster rate. You need to neutralize the acids in your mouth so that sulphur compounds are discouraged from growing.

So, try to avoid coffee, both regular and decaf. Also, there are other beverages to avoid such as tomato juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, and grapefruit juice

ē Get a healthy mouth!

Sometimes, the bad breath problem might come from an unhealthy mouth. So, make sure that you brush your teeth and visit the dentist regularly for a check up.

Sometimes, kids also have problems with their breath. Mostly their bad breath is the cause of the lack of dental hygiene. Get them visit the dentist right away.

ē Avoid high protein foods!

Some high protein foods cause sulphur compounds to grow at a very fast rate. And, for you, this means an environment in your mouth that is ideal for bacteria to grow and multiply.

Milk, cheese, and other diary products are at the top of the list when it comes to high protein foods that you should avoid. Also, you need to avoid fish for itís high in protein.

To make sure you get enough protein, substitute the above foods with tofu.

ē Try folk remedies!

One of the most popular folk remedies is the use of apple cider vinegar. After each meal get a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar either straight or diluted in a glass of water.

Brushing your teeth with baking soda also can help you reduce or eliminate the bad breath.

ē Get herbal remedies!

This can also be a good option to reduce bad breath.

You can try anise seeds to kill the bacteria in your mouth. Or, get cloves for itís known as antiseptic.

Maybe you can try sucking a lemon wedge with a bit salt. Others also try to get rid of bad breath by chewing a few springs of parsley or some fennel leaves.

Choose one or try all. That wonít matter, as long as you can have a fresh wonderful breath that you wonít be embarrassed about anymore!
