Similarly if you are opting for a larger amount cover of insurance and end up paying more then your liabilities, again you are wasting your money. Then find out what kind of covers are given when buying a life insurance. Make a list of all the components that you would like to include in the insurance and also make a list of those which are of not importance to you. Remove the ones which are not important and include the ones that you really require. This way you can keep a check on your monthly premium on your insurance. Then you can decide the term of the insurance policy, the longer the term, the cheaper would be the monthly premium.
