It is important to be in control of the deal initially to ensure a smooth flow of positive activity. You may sometimes face unavoidable situations when the opposite party cut a deal that leaves you exposed. It is not always possible to shield yourself. Leaving those unavoidable instances, try to be in control of the entire situation when you are dealing with another person or company.
